Hosting a vBulletin forum about cheats for Unreal Tournament

I would like to host my site as described in the topic with Host Gator but need to know how you will handle abuse complaints.

If I host my site on your network you will receive threatening letters from Epic Games (the game publisher) and their lawyers. They will tell you things like it's in poor taste to host these types of websites. They will tell you that the files we host violate the D.M.C.A which in my belief they do not. They will demand access to site to monitor our activities and so on.
