hosting semi-illegal contents

how does hostgator feel about hosting sites like www.tv-links.co.uk, southparkzone.com, in short, links to illegal contents, or warez.

where are the servers located?

By the way.. I don't think there is such thing as "semi-illegal." Something is either legal, or illegal. Thats like someone saying "are you ready to walk out the door" and you reply "I am almost ready." In reality, the correct answer would be "No, I am not ready to walk out the door."
