What is the url for Host Gator?

Because in google search I saw both http://www.hostgator.com and http://www.hostgator.net

it is both , a site can have multiple parked domains.

Officially, Hostgator.com. Some time ago, (prior to me being here) they were hostgator.net but have to keep the domain because some sites still have them listed that way.

Yes, we own both of those domain names. Use the .com because that is the most recently updated.
