I have written several emails to different departments of Hostgator, most asking many questions to the staff and management and well as tech support.
My experience level is not that of a tect support. But each time I have asked for help and support I have received friendly knowledgeable support.and it was explained on a level I can understand. I have asked a lot of questions and each time the hostgator staff knew the answer or supplied the answer in a short period of time and never guessed at the problems I had. This is important to me.
I would to say thanks for this support I have needed during the start up of my reseller program and look forward to working with the staff in the future.
