I love hostgator and all of that great costumer service spoken to ford, carl, and most of the administrators, but how come no one can get my dedicated server fixed. After we re-compiled apache it has been crashing everyday AT THE same time. This has been happening for 2 days now and I am really getting tired of it. Now i have been a costumer for more than 2 years. Everytime I call in I am able to speak to a Level 3 system administrator to get my issue fixed, but when I call this morning some person Daniel i think that was the name he keeps on telling me it's not possible to transfer you to an administrator and that he can't help me in any way.... this is my DEDICATED server not my shared hosting and i lost many clients due to the downtime.

Alright nate c. got the server up but we need to know why the server crashed and what went wrong these last 2 days.

Upon further investigation I believe we have resolved the issue but we will have to wait until 3AM this next morning when your problem surfaces and I have an upper tier admin assigned to work on it and monitor it from 2:45 to 3:15 this morning and make sure that there are no further issues. Thanks.

Server went down again. I had to restart apache to get it back up. Whats wrong again?

Danny,
I updated the ticket with that most recent report and opened it up. You should hear from a level three administrator soon. As Ford said, they are going to monitor it tonight and will see what the issue is then as well.

I dont think you should re open it because it was scheduled for Nate to see it tonight. I am calling in right now to talk to Ford waiting to get transferred....

Nate C. was suppose to check the ticket at 3AM but it looks like he did not come to work and no one was watching the server. The good thing the server did not go down today.

There was an unexpected issue which prevented Nate from coming into work earlier this morning which was outside of our control. As you have updated in the ticket there were no issues this morning luckily and we're awaiting any other issues which you may be having.
