HostGator Support is Awesome

As a reseller for over 10 years of hosting services. I have not experienced the quality of technical support that surpasses HostGator's technical support. I have had reseller accounts with just about everyone on the market. Usually as a company grows and expands quality technical support drops as new hires, with less experience, are hired.
Over the past several years, since I have been with HostGator, I have noticed that the quality of support has gotten better not worse.
Not only does HostGator offer quality features that resellers really need. They are really the best reseller technical support I have experienced.

I wanted to take the time out to thank you for your awesome feedback regarding our support. One of my jobs here at HostGator is to make sure we maintain our level of customer support and service that HostGator was built on. We have a training class for two weeks before any of our agents take a phone call/chat or answer tickets. All new hires go through a very intensive two weeks of training to make sure they will be able to maintain our standards here at HostGator.
