Hostgator should have a new Installation service and...

There should be "installation service" option. Like if a customer wanted hostgator to upgrade their php version,they just type in their server info,pay,then hostgator will do this for them. Also if the customer wanted and updated version of anything installed,hostgator should provide this service.




And it would be great if the "hatchling" shared server plan supported Unlimited domains.Currently we're only allowed 1 domain. It should support unlimited. I don't see why it shouldn't. I am many others I've spoked to would like this alot.

Hostgator does update php for you. That's part of being on a managed, shared box. They update all the stuff on the box to the version they think is best/most stable (not necessarily the newest version) as they see it needed. What other things are you talking about?

And I get a little surprised when I see people complain about the hatchling only supporting 1 domain. You're paying $7/month. 7. Seven. For an extra $3/month, you can have unlimited domains. If you really need more than 1 domain is the extra $3/month really not worth it?

I've spoken to others and they agree with me that HG should send us a free pizza every month as well.

I'm always amused at no matter how good a deal folks get they always want more.

I was on the last free pizza deal and I have to say that they were only sending 3 topping pizza. That is just cheap. They really need to send 5 topping pizzas if they are going to start that again.

hostgator upgrade is easy, i upgrade my hosting plan with just fill in a form, and i receive email not long after that. done.

other upgrade is email request to support team.

because HG server very wide range of customer and each have unique demand. So, 1 thing cant fit all user.
