Hostgator Rocks!!!!!!!!

HostGator is without a doubt the most awesome web host I have ever dealt with. As if their rates aren't low enough they offer the HostGator technology grant for nonprofit organizations. I applied for my organization - Reach Out ABILITIES Services and was approved literally in just a few hours. The grant offers 1 year of Business hosting free. That in itself is AWESOME.

So when I was transferring my website over, I thought well You're going to get what you paid for. I paid nothing so I was expecting to get just that - nothing. Boy was I ever wrong.

They moved my website over, free of charge and confirmed it was working. I had some technical issues and did a live chat. Not only was the technican extremely professional and courteous but also very helpful.

Being a web dingbat, I'm not very comfortable installing any programs on the website. There were some programs I found through Fantastico De Luxe that I wanted to add. I tried my best but couldn't get it right. I asked tech support if they could install them for me and how much they might charge. They installed both programs - FREE of Charge. Then they continued to resolve several issues with the programs. The programs are working fine and the website is doing well.

They go the extra mile to see that their customers are satisfied. And believe me I AM 1000% SATISFIED. I will be moving my personal website over soon and will undoubtedly recommend HostGator to anyone and everyone I know.
