HostGator Rocks! Some say I am crazy

So I was being hosted at MediaTemple. Many people swear by them. Signed up for a year.

I started to have problems with my server.

After waiting for sometime 2days for a response, their only response was "Sorry, but this is an un-managed server, we cannot help you today. Please let us know if there is anything we can do for you."

I found this infuriating and funny at the same time.

Now with HostGator I get a responce in almost no more than 10 mins. And everything is taken care of.

Thank you for the positive review! We do take pride in the fact that we have one of the quickest and detailed support teams in the industry. We continue to build on this every day and have just recently opened a new office in Austin, TX to house new employees as we ran out of room in Houston!
