HostGator? Never, ever, change again!
I have been with several hosting companies, created my first site in 1996 and since then a software/web professional. About 2 years ago I switched over to HostGator, and never looked back. I have been an extremely satisfied customer, but today's experience made me finally "speak up".
Today, I sent in a ticket at 03:34:52 PM with a technical question. On 03:39:48 PM I received an answer back, and my problem was solved. An answer and solution in LESS than FOUR minutes!!! How can you not love HostGator?  Hostgator,  and I promise never, ever to leave you!
