It looks like that other one is being hosted on a shared account. When I click on the order link it takes me to the hostgator.com site so doesn't look like anything malicious. I will do some checking to see who it is.

Well, when I have talked to them on instant messenger they have understood my limited Spanish so I don't think it is that far off. Of course that mainly consisted of cerveza and such
