HostGator has proven itself!

I put a proposal through at work last year to start a Website Hosting division within the media group - utilizing HostGator's servers.
Luckily for them and myself they took a stab in the dark and in January 2005 I become the Administrator of 'AlphaHost'.

We have had perfect service from HostGator, and I am pleased as it has been my job on the line if something went wrong, the host was unreliable etc etc.

We have had general issues which emails to support have gotton problems solved.

I am very positive about HostGator however there is definate room for improvement with the LIVE chatters... I have used MSN Messenger & the live chat thing on the website and yeah service hasn't been to great. Very slow at replying and dont seem to know much about HostGator and websites etc.
The again there is always support@hostgator.com which rocks!

I wish to thank HostGator for everything they have done for us and look forward to the following months as we build our host and continue to utilize the HostGator service!

Try livechat now from 9am to 2 am eastern! We now have an in-house staff and we are trying our best to improve the quality of live chat.

Yeah but for those of us overseas...! Especially in New Zealand... I think I would rather email support.
