Hostgator goes the extra mile
I just wanted to thank hostgator tech Sam F. for helping me with a recent cron-job config issue. I had no idea what I was doing and he walked me through the process. Additionally, he also offered to "just do it for me too" at any time during the process. I sincerely appreciate the patience and assistance Sam offered to me. I learned something and always appreciate Hostgator going the extra mile. Thank you Sam and Hostgator!
