Hostgator email support

Hi,

Is support@hostgator.com working right now?

I have sent 4 email in the last couple of days, the last 3 copies were copies of the first one which I didn't get a response to. I haven't received anything from the support autoresponder either.

p.s. I have checked my mail logs, and the messages have definitely been delivered to the Hostgator mail server.

Have you checked your spam folders? Often times our emails get tossed into the spam area.

I don't have a spam folder on the account I am using. It is not a Hostgator hosted email account it is my own server over which I have full control.

I was also getting emails from you fine until last Friday. I thought it might have been the hurricane; pleased to see that you guys are OK anyway

Any other ideas?

Hi Justin,

I PM'd you some hours ago with a selection of email addresses.

I still can't seem to get any response from any email address. Is anyone else having problems with emails sent from outside of the Hostgator network.
