HostGator continues to impress
Just thought I'd leave a quick note about yet another positive experience I've had with HostGator.
Fortunately I haven't had to contact support all that often. Maybe I'm just lucky but whatever it is, I hope it continues. That said, when I have had to contact them, the outcome was always the same....fast, courteous and knowledgeable. I just put in a ticket for a mod_security issue and it was resolved in 6 MINUTES! You gotta love that. Way to go HG!
