Hostgator blocking googlebot in my account

Since last month I have been experiencing difficulties with all of my sites that are on Gator1333 e 1334. The site is an addon domain of my hostgator account and the address is http://www.protesesilicone.com . In Google webmaster tools one site shows 52 errors saying "robots.txt unreachable" in all my 52 site urls

I have researched, read, checked and triple checked everything possible that could cause this and came up empty handed. The only thing that could possibly cause sites that were previously being indexed and crawled at least daily to completely stop being crawled is if the server was preventing it. As I said, my sites on other hosts are working correctly, Googlebot cant even get my sitemap for any site that is on gator1333.

I have have submitted a ticked and would also love a meaningful response from someone at Hostgator :-)

As everyone knows, Google is important.. I need my sites to be indexed and crawled, it could be something as simple as the server blocking the ip address because it thought there were too many requests from it.. Please let me know :-)
