Hostgator = Best Service I have Used

I feel compelled to post this after reading how another user is having issues getting going with HostGator. I hate to think of people evaluating the service and reading that, thinking that will happen to them. That would be a shame because HostGator is by far, I mean like head and shoulders, best host I have used.

The owner of HostGator helps people on these forums constantly. I have been lucky enough to be helped directly many, many times over the years. Of course that means I have had problems here and there. But HostGator has given my web businesses so much more capability to do more on the web.

I have used many many hosts and my last host was very good and I stayed for a few years there. But as I was starting a new site I looked around and could not believe the disk space and bandwidth offer of HostGator, with unlimited domains. I had to try it out. It has been so good that I have continued to move more and more sites into HostGator.

If you are not a customer, try it out, it's a very good service and their business is very well run. If you are having a hard time with HostGator and are getting frustrated ask for the manager and escalate for help. This, this is the best thing about HostGator IMO, there is an actual owner operator who gives a damn and wants to make sure your stuff works for you. All the other hosts are so asleep at the wheel. I can also say that if it isn't happening for you, it will. If these guys are not getting back or completing something, bear with them. Support is normally prompt, and surgical. I know, have been a customer for years here, these guys are good, and they TCB. I have had instant help at all hours, any day, several holidays, and sometimes not so instant. But I've been with HG a few years and I never sweat it because over time the average of service has been exceptional compared to all other services.

No host can be perfect and the more you do on the web the more you know that stuff can and will go wrong. HostGator is my home now after using so many services and being pretty satisfied with a couple, HG now hosts every one of my domains and I am very comfortable here. If you try HG, and stay long, you will see that this is the way it is here. This is a great service for webmasters and businesses large and small.
