Well, I have been with you guys for a few weeks now. I must say my service from then and now is night and day. I am so happy I made the switch to you guys. Great load times and great service on my business shared account.

Well, I have been with Hostgator for 2+ years now and I thought I would follow up. For the most part they have been Ok with service speed, support response times are quick. I did have a period where my website was terribly slow to the point other friends couldn't connect on my site. Ironically my site speed back up on its own and I really haven't done much to it since the 3+ month slow down.
I would rate Hostgator in my time here a "B" |

Yes, it was quite frustrating because support kept telling me it was my website and there were to many refers on it causing it to slow. Seemed odd to me that it was fine, then slowed down terribly, then was normal. Anyway, thanks for checking my history and finally give me the correct answer.
I guess I'm baffled why I would need to contact you when you have a extensive support team. The forums would be the last place I would think to look for Hostgator support and think this would be more for peer to peer support. Thanks, D |
