Hostgator affiliate sales: exact half deleted?

Hi HG,

i join the HG affiliate since end of last year, and i notices a patent of 50% of the sales get 'deleted' from my affiliate account. For example i made 14 sales January, and remains 7 left. previously i made 2,and left 1.

Because its being deleted, I have no other ways to track/check. Shouldnt be its just reflected as status update, insteed of removing the sales?

I also like to know, roughtly and most likely why the customer cancel their account?? I notice the canceling rate is high between 45-60th days.

As i joined many others affiliate program as well, and the canceling rate is unlikely, and i did receive a full payment cheque from them.

SOrry, if i miss something out, or not understand your 'best' affiliate system of the year. I just need to understand them, in order for me to perform better following month. Hope you can help me help you.
