I'm sorry to hear about the problems you've had and apologize about the inconveniences you've experienced as a result of the downtime and reduced performance.
The site your server is on has been having DDOS problems since earlier this afternoon, but nothing in the server history indicates two weeks of issues. There have been some minor issues with emails and such over the past two weeks, but nothing that would cause extended downtime like you're describing. If you have the times/dates from these outages, please send them to us and we can check out what happened. Unfortunately, DDoS attacks do occur and they can happen to anyone on basically any host. Governments, big corporations, etc. also get DDoS'ed on a pretty regular basis. When they do occur, there is little that can be done about them besides wait them out and apply some blocks (which we do). As a courtesy and an apology for the problems you've experienced, I've added a credit for a month of service to your account. Please let me know if I can help in any other way.
