Default Host-Press

Hi, I was wondering if I'd be able to run a script like Host-Press on a shared account. http://www.host-press.com/ is the site. If I can't do it ona shared, what kind of account would it require? Thanks

Looks like it'd work perfect. Just install it on the main domain of your account.

Heh, yeah they mention using them for a host.

I'm actually not going ot use it right now cause of hte price tag, but I have another question. I want to provide wordpress blogs to people off of my account and the multi-user version is very unstable and I don't have the knowledge to use it. My only option right now is to just creating new installations of wordpress for each persons account in Fantastico, will this be an issue? In reality, am I allowed unlimited mysql databases and can I use a shared account still?

Yup, you can do that too. The MySQL databases are unlimited but the amount of data you put into them counts towards your allotted space. Although they don't take up much anyway.

Yes, Linux gives them two different names but it's like your house's back door and front door: they both open into the same house.

For our purposes stuff we put into either folder shows up in the other, and looks the same to the browser.
