Hey,
I've been with HG 1 month short of a year so I think it's about time I give my account of my time with HG. I've been with about 4/5 different hosts in the past and none of them come any where near to the service that HG provide. To be honest I find it sad that there is 7 negative reviews on the first page mostly complaining about support :S. I think the problem with regards to the negative posts is simply that a few people either expect perfection or are simply p***** off about a small issue and leave a bad review in spite. I mean come on Brent the owner of a company with a client base in the 100's of thousands is divulging his precious time to resolve these issues - that speaks for itself! I can honestly say there has been a few times where I’ve been extremely annoyed with HG support, but then I remember all the problems I had and how they were handled with my prior hosts and it makes me realize just how much quality I get from HG. The bottom line is if you are looking for a great host, you can stop looking because you'll have a darn hard time finding anything better, when security, support and reliability are the things your looking for in a host (which they should be) SET NO SUBSTITUTES! HG you have a very happy customer here who is most definitely going to be part of the HG family for a very long time. (Only if the rest of your satisfied customers would share their stories and drown out the negatives) P.S If cloning technology rapidly develops - I think you should make a sales and support force mainly made of Chad B's (now that would be a perfect host haha) Regards, Steve Xx |
