Host gator - My First Review

Hello everyone!

I want to share with you my experience with Hostgator to help you find the much looked for web hosting 'good' company.

I've been with HG for just about a month now as a reseller, will post a more complete review when will have been here for several months.

For now I can say I'm well pleased by the tools both in WHM and cPanel. The information is clearly shown and well accessible.
What I am most pleased is the support HG has always given me; whenever I needed help or to clarify something they were always replying in minutes to my mails, both the sales and the technical department. This is a major plus in my opinion. Because when you are reselling you have to give answers to your customers... but what can you tell them if you yourself don't get any reply to your problem?

As for the service it was always available as far as I (and my customers) perceived it.

The only negative aspect I feel with HG is how information is scattered. I'd prefer a pdf file to download with all of the knowledgebase rather than having to go around from page to page to gather all there is to know on a certain subject.
