Host Gator Failed Miserably With Their Gator Bill Client
So I was reading a blog post located at - http://blog.hostgator.com/2011/09/30/dear-mr-oxley/
Look at the first comment back at the users towards the bottom and read for a while. You noticed that the Staff Member said that Host Gator failed Miserably at developing the billing system, which in return delays the launch of your new domain registrar. What exactly did Host Gator fail to do with the GBclient?

Somewhat refreshing to know I'm not the only one that receives messages like this!
Makes you wonder what goes through people's minds when they take the time to write out a detailed complaint, only to ship it off to the wrong company (and even address it to the wrong company!!) One you have the email/mailing address in front of you, HOW does it still get mis-addressed?!
