I loved my tenure with Host Gator because they gave me the most out of my money. Before Host Gator, I was hosted with AddAction and my site was constantly being suspended due to too many MySQL connections and other PHP script problems, which were never definetly solved.
I come here and I have no problems. I've never really needed support besides to ask a few questions about customizing plans/and/or upgrading. I wish the bandwidth on the shared plans were a little higher, but then again, they probably wouldn't belong on a shared environment anymore would they? My sites uptime looks like this: Since: August 19, 2005 Outages: 18 Total Uptime: 99.089% I went over my bandwidth limit for like 3 straight months, but I was too cheap to upgrade to the next plan ![]() So for the 5 months I have been with them I have no complaints, but a suggestion. The FAQ/knowledgebase can be awkward to find information. I find myself searching the FAQ, then the knowledgebase, then the forum to look for a particular answer or tidbit of information. Hopefully they can all be organized into one section. |
