posting a link to the site having this problem might help us to identify & maybe help you out.

If Arcadester means his/her files are full of those characters now, don't post a link, because they may be malicious binaries or disassembled malicious Javascript, inserted into the files after being exploited.

It's hard to tell what s/he means about "write there files". While it's possible s/he is referring to obfuscated URLs, it's difficult to imagine a hosting company doing that to customers.

If you are referring to, "BlueVoda is our in-house Drag & Drop website builder," then you will have to recreate you website from the beginning. That's another reason to not use proprietary site building software.

Unless it uses one of the proprietary apps David mentioned.

Although I guessed just the word Blue, it took David to figure out what the heck Blue Voda is! Great work, as Keith said.

The OP might have mentioned that s/he uses his current hosting firm's site building application....it's always useful to provide "the rest of the story".

@Pazeh, the combination of strange characters in files and bewilderment on the part of the file owner is almost always a good reason to at least be cautious about visiting such a site. As it turns out, it probably wouldn't have been a problem in this case, but with that combination, even fora for security types would discourage a clickable link.
