Hooking things up

Okay, a computer tech I am not. I am learning every day what with all the computer issues that I have been having lately. This is actually the fifth computer I have had in ten weeks, not including the one I have used at the library.

With three of these computers, of various ages and systems, I had trouble logging into my site builder, my email and my cpanel. I have gone through all the steps that are advised in the trouble shooters and given by other hostgator users. What I never have issues with is getting to hostgator. Why are there no links that we can log into our utilities from this site?

I am sure that there is a program or that one could be developed that would allow us to enter our site name and a password from the hostgator site. It would sure make things a lot easier on lay people like me.

Sounds like a good suggestion Just not sure how hard it would be to implement with the #'s of servers HG deals with though.
