Hiring someone to build an ecommerce site

I have been working on a fairly bland template, www.lionbuilt.com
I'm starting up a new business and I would like for someone to be able to design me a website similar to the layout I'm currently using, but with more of professional look. As well as be able to add in ecommerce features so customers can purchase products from my website. I've already talked with someone who can build me the custom layout for a decent price, but doesn't know how to setup ecommerce. Please message me with rates for both building a site and doing ecommerce, or how much just integrating in ecommerce to an already designed custom site would cost, and the time associated.

Maybe you can just add buy it now or cart buttons from paypal to your site??
