Hip hip hurray for hostgator!
Yesterday my forum first lost some features and then went down
completely. That was due to a really, really stupid mistake I made. Even as it was completely my mistake the nice guys at support took over and restored the forum every single bit like it was before my mistake. Can't beat that for customer service!
