High Traffic?

I've made a few other posts which all have been replied to with very helpful information. My only final concern is traffic. I'm looking to run a myspace ad (shared with some others to help reduce the cost) and am afraid that the amount of traffic generated could cause problems (it may not). I don't want my site to get suspended in the middle of an ad campaign

But at the same time I am really am not to the point where I need semi to dedicated hosting. The cost factor just isn't in my budget, regardless of how serious I am, nor is the amount of traffic I'm currently getting. From time to time as I mentioned else where I get a steady 10 to 150 visitors online (1 of my ecommerce sites). Long story short after nearly 100k in medical bills I can't just do what I want right now, but if I could I would just do a semi-dedicated as it looks to be the best package for growing investments and would be the smart choice.

I don't resell hosting, it's just for me because I own around 40 sites. I only mention this because I can already see someone saying I should just charge my clients for hosting

Basically I'm just wondering if there are any resellers that have sites with a lot of traffic? Or anyone who has ran advertisments and had a lot of traffic hit at once. Post or PM me if you wish to keep your site URLs private.

Also I welcome all opinions, some may make more sense than my current way of thinking
