Hi,whats up with this?

I have been trying to get to the bottom of this but all I get is "it should all be ok now comment" I get that then no further questions are answered

My site is running so slow,people are timing out,getting page can not be displayed message,XML errors,I am getting moaned at because it can take up to 20 minutes to load a page.

I do not know a great deal about this stuff but something is definitely up and I am losing members over it but no one wants to help me,I'm getting ignored on IM's.emails have the everything is ok comment but nothing is getting solved

Please help im about to lose my members Ive worked so hard for because no one can get on.
