I've submitted several tickets to HG Friday, Sat. and today and not received any responses back.
Is it just me? Has anyone else gotten a response? -jay |

Yep,

Did you at least get the autoresponse with the ticket number? If not, it may be a problem with your spam filter.

It really looks like that sometimes they don't check their tickets.
My problem is as follows: They moved one of my sites (www.techteam.gr) to a new dedicated server and since then (at least 7 hours) the site is not working. For the last 6-7 hours it just opens the default cpanel page with the message "no website configured at this address". I sent some mail, I got the auto response with the Ticket IDs, but noone has helped me. Just a message from Brent before 4 hours saying "I am working on it now" without more info. Since then there was no reply, although I sent more than 5 mails. I have not idea what happened and they don't say to me what is going on, or what the problem is. Sorry to say, I am completely disappointed and I don't know what to say to my customers for this extended downtime...
