Hi

I'm new to HG and have just switch all my sites to HG. I was praying everything would run smoothly - as I wasn't in a mood for correcting mistakes

I uploaded all my files and changed the path in several php scripts.

Everything worked fine apart from 1 or 2 spelling errors I did in the paths address and my scripts sql database throwing up errors it can't connect (I knew the DBs details were correct).

It wouldn't load info onto the page from the sql database.

Luckily HG have Live Support and it was resolved within a few minutes - with the help of Bill D at customer support.

For any potential customers thinking of signing up please remember your money is put too good use by HG - the servers are fast (and I'm from UK) and well kept, live chat actually works (you'd be surprised how many hosts show live chat on line but, it isn't actually on) and is a life saver and these forums are open and public (for members and non-members) for all to read.

I've been hosting for a good many, many years and in all honesty HG is the best I've experienced to-date.

You can be paying twice what HG charge and get half the services and features HG offer to each and every customer.

A wise choice by far
