This morning I found that WHMCS had for some unknown reason terminated two up-to-date hosting accounts from the server. I contacted them immediately; it's been 8 hours and I have still not heard anything from them.
I submitted a ticket with HostGator, heard back within 10 minutes and was directed to fill out restore forms. I did so; within about 40 minutes both accounts had been restored from backup. That was awesome response time and one of my clients didn't even notice the downtime. ![]() Thank you so much. |

Really glad to hear we were able to get this sorted out for you. I'd definitely check with WHMCS to see why it actually terminated the accounts, you wouldn't want that happening again at an inopportune time.
