HG, where have you been

Hi all,

We heard about you, but continued to join our friends in any affiliate hosting opportunities; we should have been with HG a long time ago. We (my partners and I) have been switching hosting companies for the past five years, or more, for one reason or another which were related to some level of dissatisfaction. We were at wits-end of trying to find a hosting solution, and was going to give up for a while and remain with the hosting company of who we were with. We went from a volkswagen to a mercedes when we joined HG; the VW was ok, but HG top all of our hosting experiences. We have been with HG for about two months or more now. I know how skeptical I felt about switching to HG. The thought that plagued our minds, mostly, was that HG is just another hosting company that is, probably, not much different than the other highly ranked companies.

When we first started with HG, we partners agreed to keep the ratings at a 10-extremely likely to recommend and a 7 on support, until we could better assess our interactions. I contacted HG an awful lot for help, and, after a while, to our amazement, we realized that they are really consistent top quality support all the way around, which our 7 rating went to a 10. I am extremely happy to say that I report back to my partners completions resolutions and the staff professionalism is unbeatable. We have only experienced text chat, sales and support, which is the contact that I (we) prefer and submit a support ticket when needed.

We love you HG, keep up the great job, both sales and support! A special big thanks goes out all the support staff whom I have personally had contact with.
