I'm loving all the support on the live chat!!!

Before HostGator, I used to use freewebs, so this is really new and different to me...

And the support people were really nice and helpful to me so far.

I've only been using HostGator for a few days now, but so far the support has been pretty great.

Excellent! Paid hosting is very different than free or essentially free hosting and I think you'll continue to be pleasantly surprised about the differences.
