help please

hi im starting a gaming clan and purchased a pre-made forums skin from ipb, i then paid and registered a url and signed up for gator hatchling plan.

i have never done anything like this and have no idea what im doing, im asking if anyone would set my clan forums up for me? im sure since i have paid for the skin files etc it would be a breeze for someone thats know whats he/shes doing.

not sure if im allowed to post this or is in the correct place, close this if its a problem.

if nobody has the time to do this then maybe theres a step by step tutorial that may help?

ps ive changed dns and downloaded files for skin with file manager but not sure if they in the right place.
