Hey I need a way to disable registration, so I have to manualy add them. And a way to make the downloads private. This way You would have to be logged in to view and download stuff.

What you want is to turn on user authorization in your admin panel. This requires all new registrations to be authorized by an administrator. And all you have to do to make downloads accessible only by registered users is to create a user group and then set your permissions to only allow that user group to access that module.
