Help with ostickets on Fantastico

Hi I need some help from anyone who can help. We are trying to install osticket from fantastico and it states you have to put the 'automail.pl' in the cgi-bin and then create a mail forward from the email address support@domainname.com >>> " |/home/admin2/public_html/cgi-bin/automail.pl " we did that but it is not working.

Can you please elaborate on the problem? Are you getting an error message? If so, what is it?

Make sure automail.pl is CHMOD 755.


Download automail.pl to your local machine, or open the editer in cpanel and make sure your sql database info is correct from the following section:
