Question Help with images.

Greetings all,

I'm a bit of a newby and I'm having problems with an image displaying on a parking page, so I apologize up front if I'm doing something stupid!!!
The page is stored in an add on domain under the URL www.grannyliz.com.

The text portions display with no problem. The .gif image that should be seen at the bottom left of the image is also stored in the same folder as the parking page. Do I need to have the image stored in a different folder with a path setting to the image when I have an add on domain???

When I type in the url to the .gif image, it comes up as "forbidden"......not sure if that has anything to do with it....

Check your Hotlink Protection and permissions for that image.

Thanks for that tip. I hope I can return the favor some day.

When I disable the Hotlink protection all the images on any sub/addon domains become visable.

Another question has developed however. The images on the main domain www.rainbowrosettes.com have never been effected with hotlink enabled or disabled. It's only the images on the subdomains such as www.grannyliz.com that do not display when hotlink is enabled. I've looked in the cpanel docs to see if there is a setting I'm goofing up but no joy there. Is this a fault with hotlink or am I being dense somewhere.

TIA

Greg

In the Hotlink Protection area there is a section to enter other websites where you want the images to be shown even when protection is enabled.
