With something like this, create a ticket: www.hostgator.com/ticket - with this info you've included in this post and include your username/password so we can take a look at what needs to be done to fix this.

To FTP to your site, you'll need an ftp program which can be had at www.download.com (search: "free ftp") once you have that use the following for your settings:

host: ftp.livingtreasures.us
username: (whatever you use for cpanel)
password (cpanel pass)
port: 21

Also, we're trying to revamp our help section here: www.hostgator.com/help which contains plenty of FTP tutorials if you need further help with that.

Is livingtreasures.biz on a subdirectory? You have to go into that directory under public_html say when you installed the add-on you put in
Domain: livingtreasures.biz
Subdirectory: "whatever directory"
Password: (none)

You would have to go under public_html/"whatever directory/

If there IS a password then get an FTP program, I recommend http://smartftp.com/ and put in livingtreasures.biz and the username "whatever directory" and the password as whatever password you put in and it will take you right there. I hope I helped. BTW, He needs to be validated.
