help with configuring webmail

ok I just purchased a new shared server. the default email account login was my cpanel username@MYURL.COM

I am trying to create ANOTHER email address,but it's not working.I want to make a username2@MYURL.COM

In cpanel,i click on Mail>Add/remove/manager accounts and then it shows my MAIN account,so I click ADD account,and type a new email address username(the @MYURL.COM is already there),type in a password,quota,and click on CREATE.

And I went into Horde mail,and setup a new identity using the new email address i created,then I send an email to myself(using the new address) and it says this:

There was an error sending your message: Failed to add recipient: username2@MYURL.COM [SMTP: Invalid response code received from server (code: 550, response: Verification failed for username2@MYURL.COM No Such User Here Sender verify failed)]

Did you try to send to that address from somewhere else?
