Default Hello Support? Can you hear me now? 10 hours and counting....

I've been waiting all day for a simple y/n response.
I sent an email after 4 hours. What's up with the lag time?

I have found your ticket and replied. I applogize for the delay we are having a busy night tonight.

Next time if you need an update or if something is urgent I recommend opening a and then getting into LiveChat and explain why it needs to be escalated right away or to check for updates.
