Running heavily modded phpbb2 with a CMS ( or portal ). I use a cache system that caches template files and sql data so as to not utilize/pull a lot of server resources.

MySQL DiskSpace84.16 Megabytes
diskspace usage: about 800mb I could probably do some spring cleaning though.

average 5-7gb data transfer per month. 20 last month.

it's a small community. probably about 100 unique visits per day. 851 members with about 60 of those active, meaning they log in at least 2 times a week. and a nice 30 faitfhul members... never more then 20 members on at the same time.

Im moving because well, my current hosting I can not say too much negatives about them however, they have been lagging on uptime. my site been down since Sunday too.

HG seems to be on the ball here from what I am reading from reviews from all over the web and on this forum. I like the community feeling of this place.

This downtime and the fact your site is down right now........is it because of your site?

If it is because of your site, then I would say that no shared hosting is right for you. If your site is NOT the cause of the downtime, then yes HG could be right for you.

I am just always leary of someone thinking of getting an account when their site is already causing problems on other hosting. I am not saying that your site does cause problems, just making sure that it is not already causing problems. No offense at all.

No, none taken. sorry I can not find the edit button on here and I would corrected some spelling gammar too. well March I did a lot of heavy testing of converting over boards... and yahoo slurp has bombarded my site recently... I mean you add those geother and it will cause any hosting to tell you to chill things out before you get cancled right. but it was just the nature in the way things were handled. They moved to my stie a crappy server untill I took the "necessary requirments" to make sure the site wouldnt take up sever recources... this was the first itme that it has ever happned to me. so I should of been more considrate of others and more responsible, okay I get it.
geez, 4 years with these guys and they treat my site as if it is some kind of warez crap page. so my little probation is over.. did they move me back to my old server? no... "not enough room so we moved you to a another serer". and great.. now I gotta trouble shoot and figure out why my site is not loading up since the move lastnight?
you know what, if it's not broke, don't fix it. my site was prefectly running untill Sunday. kinda feels like when someone doesn't really want you in thier car, but they are being nice about it? its time to move on.

Besides that, thier servers have really been lagging anyway in recent months. you just kind of get the idea thier hosting is meant for blogging and stuff like that.

My goodness, sorry about the spelling. im just so used to reading and going back and fixing things. kinda in a hurry right now.

I probably gotta buy a package though before I get full access to the forum. do they accpet debit card here\? having a little trouble buying my pacakge.
