Need to know my msql localhost address for a database im installing

I have a database and get this error when goign to the site

Warning: mysql_connect(): Access denied for user '**wiz**'@'localhost' (using password: YES) in /home/brianwiz/public_html/theargsite/connect.php on line 4
Could not connect.

It is not stupid. There could be 1000 different things wrong, but that one, is a password. You'd never figure it out because the error message is a bit vague.
