i have lost my second ip

iam very huppy with HG but today someone has messed with my whm panel.

my primary domain is web-mastors.net please see my open ticket.

i have asked online help for a small problem with branding a template and after that i dodnt know what happened everything have been crashed.
now i have only 1 ip in the vps the second is gone.
help me

Hello,

Currently i'm showing this VPS still has two IP addresses, however I was unable to find a ticket regarding this issue. If this hasn't been corrected yet I would recommend hopping in chat and asking the technician to escalate your ticket.

no the technicians hadnt undestant what was the problem...
i have completly lost 1 ip. in list account--> i had give to an account a dedicated ip and now has unknown ip. see the picture. iam desperate!!!
iam 4 years customer in HG very happy with you... but now this problem must be solved today because i receive many complains from the customers!
with that loss of ip... their cpanel is not working well, all the email accounts have been dissapeared,, no access to file manager etc...



also the entire whm has problems, that has to do with that loss of ip.

Hi!

This isn't a loss of IP per-say, however it's just that WHM doesn't know what the IP for that domain is as it most likely doesn't exist in your Apache configuration (where WHM pulls IP's from in list accounts).

Run the following via ROOT ssh:

# cp -a /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf{,.bak}
# /scripts/rebuildhttpdconf
# /etc/init.d/httpd restart
