Right now I'm hosted at Surpasshosting I really like it there.I've been surfing around the net trying to find a better offer that what I get at surpass. Although they are less expensive, hostgator offers alot of extras for resellers that cost nothing(like whmautopilot, pay merchant account, free business templates and emon reseller account . That means alot to someone was doesn't have alot of money that's trying to start off in the webhosting biz.I don't mind pay for, but have to make money before I can spend it.LOL.
I have a few question I want to buy two plans Aluminium(Reseller)webhosting clients Swap (Shared)host my sites Will they be on seperate accounts?( meaning...will they be on one bill) If you buy more than more plan will I get a discount? Do you have to transfer my domains info over or do you guys do it? How long will the special last? Should I cancel with surpass first and then sign up with you guys?(I'm asking because i never changed webhost before) How is mutiple domain handled? -- Myisha |

Hi Myisha,
Will they be on seperate accounts?( meaning...will they be on one bill) => You will have seperate invoices for each account. Please contact sales@hostgator.com to be sure. If you buy more than more plan will I get a discount? => I don't think so, but you can always try to contact sales ![]() Do you have to transfer my domains info over or do you guys do it? => If you mean the nameserver info, you can do it yourself or ask support to take care of it (you'll have to provide the account info of your registrar in that case). Normally, for shared account HG can do this, but as a reseller your supposed to be able to do it. The same applies for transferring your websites. How long will the special last? => currently there's no end time defined... Should I cancel with surpass first and then sign up with you guys?(I'm asking because i never changed webhost before) => to have the least downtime, you should transfer your sites first to HG, then change DNS servers, wait for DNS propagation, and then when all is working fine you can cancel your current host. How is mutiple domain handled? => not sure what you mean. You will have a cPanel for your shared account and a cPanel/WHM for your reseller account. Stef. |

right now i'm not worried about changing nameservers I could do that my self I was wondering I get would like to know do I have to transfer all the stuff on my site myself or will support do it? I use a reseller account on surpass so all the site have an seperate cpanel. I want a shared account because I want all my personal account to be in one place and make a seperate reseller account for businness.
