Default i have been waiting 3 days for a respond from sales ands tech support

since i have signed up for a resellers account the communication between sales, support to me has nearly all but vanished.

in the last three days i have
emailed tech support, sales and talked with live help
my requests are simple yet still i cant seem to get any response.

i need autopilot and the license key
i need confirmation wether my other hosting packages are closed
now that im a reseller i can host them my self.

i went to the cancelation page on hostgator and filled out the sites that i needed to cancel but still i have no confirmation
i also went to the page for requesting autopilot but still i have not received
any instructions.

when i wasnt a reseller help was on hand 99.999% of the time.
all this advertising about GREAT customer care and resellers will be walked through thier problems for FREE, i really find this hard to believe.

i really like your setup here and the things you do (except not responding to mails)

hostgator im simply asking for a tiny bit of help
its not like my questions are on a rocket scientist level, is it?

We answer all emails to sales and support, are you submitting with a free mail account that could be trashing our responses, what are your ticket IDs for those requests?
