Happy with HostGator so far
I recently sign up with HostGator a couple of days before. I bought the Baby Plan, which is especially great since I got the first month for 1 cent. When I first set up my domain, I got a error when trying to log on to my billing account, which made me go ahead and submit a ticket, which told me to call a number. I called them, and the really helpful support person told me there was no problem with my account and it should be working. It, of course, wasn't. I then submitted a live chat, which led to no avail. The representative told me that they couldn't help me with that problem. I'm also pretty sad to say that his grammar wasn't too excellent. I then replied to my ticket, and after a small misunderstanding, another worker named Laura called me and helped me get my website working.
My website's worked like a charm since, compared to all the mysql errors I had on a free host.
The only bad bit was that my welcome email never game, and it only came through on the 3rd time they resent it to me.
