Happy Gator!

I joined HostGator last year. I've been extremely pleased with both the hosting - NO Downtime, and with Support. I've made a number of service requests, changes, etc. and in each case, the response has been courteous, professional and prompt. Even with the lowest priority items, things have always been taken care of in a few hours.
I've been online since 1996 and suffered through a fair number of hosts. I've only found one other in all that time that matched the uptime and support at HostGator. But even they couldn't match the price, tools like Ruby, and the space and bandwidth allocations for the money.
I'm a happy Gator, folks.
